Thomas Rolls Studio Software Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all software applications, tools, and services (collectively referred to as "Software") provided by Thomas Rolls Studio (ABN 80 318 220 154), which is a trading name of Thomas Rolls. By using any Software provided by Thomas Rolls Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant and Ownership
All Software provided by Thomas Rolls Studio is the exclusive property of Thomas Rolls Studio and its related legal entities. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for internal purposes only, as defined by these Terms.
This license does not constitute the sale or transfer of any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Software, which are retained solely by Thomas Rolls Studio.

Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of any third parties.
Infringes upon any intellectual property or proprietary rights of Thomas Rolls Studio or others.
Attempts to bypass or disable any security mechanisms or technical protections built into the Software.
4. Termination of Rights
Thomas Rolls Studio reserves the right to revoke or terminate your usage rights at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms.
At the sole discretion of Thomas Rolls Studio, with or without notice.
Upon termination, you are required to immediately cease using the Software and remove all copies from your systems. Thomas Rolls Studio may take legal action to enforce this termination, if necessary.
5. Changes to the Terms

8. Usage Revocation and Enforcement
Thomas Rolls Studio retains the right to revoke your rights to use the Software at any time. In the event of misuse or violation of these Terms, or if deemed necessary at the sole discretion of Thomas Rolls Studio, usage rights may be terminated. You agree that failure to cease usage upon termination will result in potential legal enforcement, including but not limited to cease-and-desist notices.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. Thomas Rolls Studio disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Thomas Rolls Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions. Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thomas Rolls Studio and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Changes in Ownership
In the event that Thomas Rolls Studio is acquired, sold, or merged with another entity, any Software developed and distributed by Thomas Rolls Studio may be transferred as part of the transaction. All Terms and licenses herein shall continue to apply unless otherwise modified by the new owner.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
